SUMMARY OF THE ACTIVITY,KNOWLEDGE AND SKILL LEARNED
Different Fertilizer Types In commercial fertilizers, nitrogen (N), phosphorus (P), and potassium (K) are the main nutrients. Plants feed on fertilizer. Plants and crops require appropriate nutrition from the soil to flourish, just as humans require a sufficient and steady diet to grow and remain healthy. A balanced supply of potassium, phosphorus, and nitrogen is necessary for plants. Every growing season, plants remove these nutrients from the soil, so fertilizer, manure, and compost must be added to fields or gardens on a yearly basis to restore them. Using fertilizer has the benefit of allowing for more control over application to meet crop needs and safeguard the environment. To make sure the soul receives enough nourishment, they can also be added to compost or manure.
